Coat of arms

[edit]

This is obviously not the coat of arms of Masad - see the village website for what is possibly used (or just added by the creative webmaster) as such. Thus, removing. And yes, I've got here because I'm stalking other's talk pages. -- ElComandanteCheταλκ 11:48, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Valonia oak?

[edit]

From the Quercus ithaburensis page:

Two subspecies are accepted, Quercus ithaburensis subsp. ithaburensis and Quercus ithaburensis subsp. macrolepis (syn. Quercus macrolepis, the Valonia oak).

These are 2 different subspecies, Mount Tabor oak and Valonia oak, with the latter having its own page, Quercus ithaburensis subsp. macrolepis.

The editor has used a link to Mount Tabor oak, but the name made visible to the user is Valonia oak. One of the two is wrong. Which? And what is the source? Arminden (talk) 10:21, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
